Why is my diffuser works for a few days and it stops working now.

 

 -- Each KOKO AROMA diffuser has different level of water capacity. Please do not overfill it with the water as it will stop working. It will stop working when the water level is low and it will do the same when the water level is too high over the limit. (Athena, Venus, Eve-Red indicator;  Atlas-300ml only)

 

 

Is it a plug in device or battery operated?

 

 -- The diffuser is electric and you can plug into any outlet.   This AC adapter accepts 100-240 volts power input.

 

 

What kind of the material is in your diffusers?

 

 -- Let’s start with our Athena and Atlas models -the outer cover is made of polypropylene (PP). The lower base is made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). Both materials are BPA free and safe for essential oils.

 

Venus Glass and Eve Glass – these two models are made of glass and the lower base is made of Acrylonitrile Butadiene Styrene (ABS). Both materials are BPA free and safe for essential oils.

 

 

Can I use the diffusers as a humidifier?

 

 -- Yes – KOKO AROMA diffusers can be used as both an essential oil diffuser or humidifier. If you would like to use its aromatherapy effect, use 2-3 drops of essential oils per 100ML water. If you don’t put essential oils into the water tank, the unit can be used as a small humidifier.

 

 

Can this ionizer cover bigger cars?

 

 -- KOKO AROMA car air ionizer disperse a good amount of fragrance. It covers the whole car regardless of how big it is. Enjoy your very own relaxing ionizer while driving!

 

 

How long is the product warranty?

 

 -- KOKO AROMA provides a free 200 days product replacement warranty after the date of your purchase. Please keep your sales receipt handy in a safe place.

 

 

What’s the product replacement process?

 

 -- Before asking for a replacement,

1) Follow the user manual to maintain and clean the diffuser one more time. It may work after cleaning.

2) If not, try the steps in the troubleshooting guide from the user manual.

3) If it’s still not working, simply contact us by using our return form from KOKOAROMA.com or writing us an email. Please specify your order ID, current address, email, and the reasons of the replacement.

4) Once we have received your email, we will email you a prepaid postal office label, so you can ship the defective diffuser back to us.

5) After receiving your defective diffuser, we will ship a replacement to you.
